Beef Pot Roast Dutch Oven Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 lb rump roast or pot roast
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 potatoes
- 4 carrots
- 2 onions
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions:
- Peel and slice potatos.
- Peel and slice carrots.
- Peel and slice onions.
- Pour oil into dutch oven.
- Heat dutch oven to 350 degrees for Frying.
- Brown roast in oil, turning to brown all sides.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add vegetables and water.
- Cover and Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours depending on how well done you like it.
