Beef Goulash
Ingredients:
- 3 lb beef steak
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 can tomatoe soup
- 1 med Onion
Instructions:
- Cut meat into 1 inch cubes.
- Chop Onion
- Pour oil into dutch oven.
- Heat dutch oven to 325 degrees for Frying.
- Brown beef and onion in oil.
- Add salt and soup.
- Cover, reduce heat to 225 degrees, and Simmer 1 hour..
- Serve over noodles..
